Yoga Classes
Our yoga classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. Participants can expect a supportive and nurturing environment where they can explore their practice, learn proper techniques, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves.

At our yoga Academy we offer a perfect learning atmosphere to the students by offering comfortable accommodation facilities that the inspired with the ancient teaching system. We focus on overall growth and development of the students as a yoga teacher.

Here are some rules and regulations for yoga academies
- Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, such as sweats, shorts, and t-shirts. Avoid wearing anything that is too revealing or jewelry that might jingle.
- Punctuality: Be present and ready ten minutes before class. Arrive on time and stay until the end.
- Respect: Behave respectfully towards all teachers, Staff, and other students.
- Personal belongings: Avoid bringing valuable, or if you do, the academy may be able to keep them safety for you.
- Injuries: Take full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might occur during the course.
- Attitude: Maintain a positive team-oriented, optimistic attitude.
- Payment: Integral payment is usually due on the first day of the course.
- Absences: If you miss a class, you should inform the program director in advance.
Acceptable reasons to miss a class include temporary sickness or an emergency.
